Awareness, Trial, and Usage Studies

Awareness, trial, and usage tracking is used to ascertain the current awareness, potential for new starts, and current usage of the product is a continuing, pulsed research project to investigate the awareness, trial, and usage of a product among key audiences conducted via a an online survey that is a mixture of closed and open-ended questions to answer not only the “what” but the “why” of current and future use.
